| Job Title: | Administrator - IT Project |
| Job Duties: | • To be responsible for providing project administration to project manager and team lead as key activities. • Also, provide assistance to project managers and team leaders on overseeing and monitoring all aspects of IT projects, such as monitoring project budget and expenditure, tracking project timelines and milestones, project documentation filing, preparing project progress reports, etc. • In addition to assist team lead to prepare the yearly ITD budget and partner with assigned IT team member to monitor individual department budgets, tracking timelines and preparing progress reports of projects, may also be responsible for acting as contact point of ITD to external vendors. • Also, he and/or she shall also provide office administration to the IT team member, such as PC device ordering, application of office software tool installation, etc. • To perform all duties in accordance with company approved policies and within the realm of the company vision, mission and values. • Partner with project managers in monitoring project budget and expenditure, tracking project timelines and milestones, etc. Maintain filing for all project related documentation for project teams. • Provide project administration support to the Project Managers during the project life cycle from the proposal stage to project close down. • Prepares and organizes meetings, deals with arrangements and liaises with business users as well as outside organizations where appropriate. • Collates information and prepares documentation for meetings where necessary. • Helping to compile project progress reports for project teams when required. • Work as contact point of IT team for collection of user requirements / requests and provide necessary user supports, and report status to his/her supervisors promptly and accurately. • Assist with yearly budget preparation and perform project cost control. • Provide services of office administration, such as PC device ordering, application of office software tool installation, etc to IT colleagues. • Manage Internal Orders. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Education: Associate’s degree. Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus. • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT project administration experience in a sizable enterprise or casino. • Manage large IT projects, preferably in a large casino. • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need. • Must be able to work independently or with a team. • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. • Experience in project Administration. • Computer literate (proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • In-depth knowledge of casino operation and associated business processes desirable. • Experience in regular timesheet checking with alignment of resource plans and reporting to management • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
