| Job Duties: | • Manage all gaming related systems operational requirements, implementation, integration, testing & deployment. • Participate in all stages of gaming system projects. • Source and adopt new Monitoring application system and service solutions for serving the immediate and longer needs of Gaming Operations and Back-Offices departments. • Assist in managing the timeline and budget of all solution implementation projects of gaming systems. • Establish the Policies & guidelines for daily operations and first line supports which will be executed by the property team members. • Advise user departments of available IT solutions that may satisfying their needs and assist in the development of business case justifications for the relevant solution projects. • Manage issues and drive for timely resolution • Maintain a very good resource library of potential solution suppliers in the market and manage vendor relationship and project support quality for best return on investment. • Ensure the passing on of know-how to other peer teams in the IT department for competent support of sourced or developed application system and service solutions. • Monitor and review performance of solutions provided to user departments for continuous improvements including functional enhancements and increased cost effectiveness • Develop, support, review and make appropriate recommendations on any IT internal processes or software applications for improving Technology and IT Infrastructure. • Handle and report any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • EDUCATION: College Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum • CERTIFICATION: Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years in IT development and operation with at least 3 years in a management role Experience in developing large IT systems, preferably in a large casino or large enterprise • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Extensive knowledge of gaming industry IT development and/or operation environment desirable • Exposure to casino systems and peripherals from major vendors like Bally, I.G.T. and Aristocrat desirable Extensive knowledge of Casino Management System design, maintenance & trouble shooting. • IT compliance practices and operational processes in a large casino and/or enterprise Strategic organization planning and implementation Budget planning and control covering all aspects of IT projects with formal processes • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
