| Job Duties: | • Accountable for identifying and aligning all required resources to execute construction activities • Prepare conceptual and detailed budgets for all assigned construction projects • Drive and oversees bid solicitation process from general contractors and specialty sub-contractors • Interact with all city inspectors and monitor permits, as well as maintain relationships with area Construction Community/Association(s) • Estimate the time required to complete projects • Prepare detailed project scheduling • Ensure appropriate and timely completion of construction activities, also ensuring alignment of costs/expenditure to agreed/set budgetary and contract guidelines • Create and ensure proper execution of project work plans. Revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements • Ensure that all safety precautions are adhered to by all personnel on site • Manage compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements • Attend work as scheduled to support the ongoing success of the company • Other duties, responsibilities and special projects as assigned • Hire, manage and direct the career development of his/her direct reports • Ensure his/her direct reports have the appropriate technical skills, tools and facilities in order to competently perform their roles • Ensure appropriate performance management of his/her direct reports • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Master Degree in Engineering preferred • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Architecture or related field required • At least 5 years’ experience in Construction or Engineering or related field • At least 3+ years’ experience managing others • Previous experience with Property Management Operating and Information systems required • Outstanding analytical and project management skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proven track record for successful/effective leadership and management of others • Demonstrable ability to attract and retain top talent • Proven strategic agility and stretch; can easily assume wider and more complex tasks and initiatives • Sound knowledge in international rules and code of practice (USA) related to construction • Obtained certificate for Safety for Project Managers • Qualified to act as a Technical Controller • Recognized Degree in Building or Real Estate Management, Architecture, Civil or Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese (Written/Spoken) is an advantage • Immediate availability is highly preferred • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
