| Job Title: | Executive (VIP Services) - Credit & Collection |
| Job Duties: | • Assist the Manager with all credit & collection functions, especially for VIP guest • Approve credit privileges within authorized levels. • Evaluate gaming report, credit bureau report and bank report. • Ensure the compliance of gaming report, credit bureau report and bank report. • Ensure company monies are properly controlled via credit extensions. • Ensure the compliance of the company’s credit policies, authorization and standard operating procedures. • Work closely with other internal departments to ensure all VIP gaming players’ needs related to credit are handled. • Interact with internal staff and external guests from Asian and International countries for all Credit & Collection functions • Oversee the confidentiality of all gaming records. • Be aware of all governmental regulations that are appropriate and comply with them. • Ensure compliance with government money laundering and terrorist financing regulations. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, major in Finance/Accounting is preferred. • Must have at least six (6) months experience in Accounting/ Finance/ Administration/Customer services/Casino • Have excellent service and communication skills in English. • Ability to speak and write in Chinese is an advantage. • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Possess good numeric skills. • Have excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
