| Job Duties: | • Assigns tasks and supervises Assistant Cage Managers, Shift Cage Manager, Cage Supervisors and Cage Cashiers. • Oversees and manages daily operations on an assigned shift of the Cage Department. • Decides operational requirements for staffing levels in each of the Casino Cages, identifying cost efficiencies on a day-to-day basis. • To act as the main point of reference and provide advice and recommendations to gaming with regard to matters pertaining to Casino finance and credit worthiness of players. • Interacts with internal staff and guests from Asian and International countries for all cage functions • Encourages teamwork and cooperation within the department, and other departments • Works closely with other internal departments to ensure all gaming guests' needs related to credit and cash are handled efficiently and accurately • Handles and solves any concerns and questions customers may have • Raises issues to superior as the need arise • Ensures all Cages are operating at an exceptionally high standard • Ensures that Cage policies and procedures are well executed with zero tolerance to variance and supervising Cage department team members • Delegates tasks and responsibilities as required • Oversees the confidentiality of all gaming records • Be aware of all relevant governmental regulations and comply with them • Acts as a role model and always presents oneself as an asset of Imperial Pacific and encourages others to do the same • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies • Completes department special projects directed from time to time • Maintains a working knowledge of various casino policies and procedures • Accurately counts and verifies cage banks when necessary • Provides outstanding guest service by being consistently helpful and courteous to all Guests • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred • 6 to 8 years of experience in Casino or Cage operations in a well-known/ 5 star Casino or VIP Junket • 3 years or higher of experience in a shift manager's capacity in Cage operations • Must have experience with gaming regulations relating to cash and credit, and an intricate knowledge of all facets of Cage operations • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries, Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage • Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to department and company policies • Must have excellent computer skills with a good knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing packages • Ability to work quickly and calmly in a crisis • Able to recognize and develop high potential team members • Good leadership skills and effective delegations skills • Customer service orientated, good communication and interpersonal skills. • Troubleshooting skills to minimize problems and effectively correct and manage errors • Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
