Job Title: Hotel Support & Training Manager
Job Duties: • Provide technical and system advices such as the pros and cons and consequently recommend hotel operation’s systems e.g. opera, Vingcard, Lenal, PABX, e-housekeeping, unicorn etc. • Coordinate with vendors for installation scheduling/system upgrade/new interface launching/ backup plan and all other system related coordination • Prepare user manuel • Build user interface and involve in user testing • Plan system training in line with HR learning and Development Calendar • Prepare training materials • Plan train the trainer program • Conduct training lessons of the systems e.g. new systems, after upgrade systms • Create hotel hotline • Take lead of project related to Hotel Administration • Perform other related duties as assigned • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management /Hospitality Communication & Electronics Engineering /. Information technology • At least 10 years of Hotel Project Management, Hotel System Commissioning and Professional Services related Experience. • Having certified Project management qualification, Hotel System user training and it related technical training is required • Good technical and analytical skills • Proven ability to coordinate with system vendors • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure • Sound judgment and problem solving skills • Excellent presentation and planning lesson skills • Proven and expertise in hotel operations systems • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken) Knowledge of Opera, Vingcard, Lenal, PABX etc. • Previously worked in project management is a must • Confident and able to handle and complete individual assignments in a timely manner. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
