| Job Duties: | • Promotes and informs employees about all training programs. • Helps employees identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence. • Assists employees receive on-going training to understand guest expectations. • Provides effective training methods to ensure employees have a good understanding of guest satisfaction and can demonstrate guest satisfaction skills. • Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals and/or managers. • Monitors enrollment and attendance at training classes. • Reviews and consolidates comment cards; guest satisfaction results observe service behaviors and other data to identify areas of improvement. • Ensures all training and development activities (department specific and general property training) are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision. • Identifies performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance. • Makes any necessary adjustments to training methodology and/or re-trains as appropriate. • Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters. • Assists in developing specific training to improve service performance. • Work with Director of Training to control and monitor departmental expenditures. • Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by the Management in a timely manner. • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field. Master’s Degree holder is a plus. • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources and training. • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Any additional language would be an advantage • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
