| Job Duties: | Disassembles machinery and equipment to remove parts and makes repairs. Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment. Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment. Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear. Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs. Observes and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices. Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs. Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, machinery and equipment. Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems. Record repairs and maintenance performed. Does carpentry, plumbing, and installation of fixtures and repairs. Fabricate parts and retrofit equipments and appliances. Record information such as meter readings, date & maintenance performed. In charge of repairs and maintenance of all truck, van, and other company vehicles and other related tasks as needed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School graduate or equivalent with minimum two (2) years work experience. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations, with working experience in the related field. Must have extensive knowledge in Repairs, maintains and examine the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment. With good communication skills. Must be hardworking, organized and flexible. Willing to work on an on call scheduled duty. |
