| Job Duties: | Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers. *Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and, distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies. *Interview and hire staff, and oversee staff training. *Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them to determine product availability and terms of sales. *Prepare and process requisitions and purchases orders for supplies and equipment. *Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures. *Maintain records of goods ordered and received. *Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials. *Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability. *Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers. Negotiate vehicle leases and purchases. Maintain, upgrading and expanding all network/data / information systems, including hardware, software, server and network equipment. Oversee confidential data protection policies. Maintain company intranet / internet connection and conducting supporting education and training for all users in the company intranet. Manage all IT related subcontracting / supplier contracts. Manage and maintaining all IT related equipment and supplies, Any other duties that may be assigned by the Department Director and/or the General Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | A four-year bachelor’s degree or other advance education required. Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers. Must have strong management skills, business planning, and knowledge with overall working environment. |
