| Job Duties: | Wraps, weight, label and price cuts of meat. Prepares and place meat cuts and products in display freezer. Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cuts, trims, bones, ties and grind meats, such as beef, pork, poultry and fish using butcher's cutlery and powered equipment such as electric grinder and meat cutter to portion and prepares meat in cooking form. Maintains cleanliness of the butcher area. Assists on displaying other stock items on the shelves, cleaning the retail store and packing customers order. Performs other duties as may be required from time to time by the employer. |
