Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Duties: To plan, direct or coordinate activities of the company. To Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding preparation and serving, and building maintenance in lodging and facilities. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. Count money and make bank deposits. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. Schedule and received food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. Monitor purchases and orders of supplies for the restaurant. Schedule staff hours and assign duties. Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service. Do other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualification Requirements: Applicants must be able to assist in general operation of a restaurant. Can communicate well with various Clients. Preferably can speak basic Japanese and Chinese languages. Must be able to supervise sales efforts to achieve and exceed sales goals. Willing to work flexible time including weekends, nights and holidays. Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience as Restaurant Manager. Must have a valid food handler certificate.
