| Job Duties: | -Assist engineer with reviews and analysis of contractor payment request and company's correspondence. -Meet project budgets through assessing and analyzing operational and financial risks that may be encountered in the execution of planned construction projects. -Ensure that works are allocated to engineer in an appropriate manner and are prioritized based on how urgent they are, and also based on the needs of the customer-Ensure that every project at hand is completed and delivered to the owner as at when due, and that expenses incurred in the project process will fall within the stipulated company budget. -Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payrolls, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions. -Manage material and manpower requirements and perform preparation of invoices, variance and claims and client follow up. -Direct preparation and modification of reports, inspect reports and site monitoring. -Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub contractors. |
