| Job Duties: | Oversees the company’s stations operations, ensuring the daily performance of company goals and standards. Specific tasks: • Responsible for the hiring, appointing and training of the Station Leads and Cargo Manager. • Coordinates day-to-day airline activities with the Director of Operations and the Director of Maintenance. • Directs and oversees the marketing and sales effort for passengers and cargo relative to the local business market. • Coordinates with the Accounting Department personnel in their duties relative to budget preparation. Mo11nitors departmental budget performance. • Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. • Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High school graduate; Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or related field highly preferred. • With at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in the field of customer service/relations. Experience working for a US air carrier as defined in 14 CFR 119 preferred. • Must be flexible and able to travel and oversee station operations in airports covered by the company’s route structure. • Must be flexible and available to work a combination of shifts within a 24 hour period (including weekends and holidays) as may be required by the company. • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment preferred. • Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to speak Mandarin preferred. • Desirable personality traits: With excellent written and oral communication skills, highly organized, able to plan, multi-task and work well under pressure, with pleasing personality, calming presence, and good personal presentation. |
