| Job Duties: | Fully responsible for the oversight & management of the project cycle for both Residential & Commercial projects. This includes project planning, defining schedule & budgets which meet contract requirements; Support of the design process through plan-check & permitting; aiding the Project Manager in defining elements of work & soliciting bids for subcontracted work where necessary; providing direction & supervision of all field activities related to the physical construction; supporting Project Manager in managing the project budget, cash flow, and schedule through the project cycle; oversight of the data management for all project data flows including submittals, RFI's etc; oversight for all quality & safety requirements on the project; materials & equipment planning & requisition; and planning/management for all general conditions requirements to successfully install the project on-time & within budget, while maintaining required levels for quality & safety. Responsible for ensuring appropriate levels of workers are on site to ensure adequate progress of work, coordination of trades & overall project completion to meet contractual commitments. Manage the project cycle for residential/commercial Electrical & PV projects. Support the design process & permit submittal. Oversee all field teams & installation progress. Oversee the Project Manager in defining elements of work & development of subcontracts. Support the bid process for subcontracted work. Acquire subcontract labor, materials or equipment to ensure timely completion of the project. Organize & manage all project data & archive. Additional duties required as needed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in construction of residential & commercial electrical or solar energy projects. In-depth knowledge of electrical construction products, practices, subcontracting & project work flow/sequencing. Certified Project Manager (CPM) Certification preferred. Experience in similar capacity on a project team for commercial projects directing crews or tradesmen in general construction, assembly and/or electrical work. Detailed knowledge of construction budgets & schedules. Knowledge of major PV components (PV modules, inverters & racking systems, etc)preferred. Ability to lead craftsmen & construction crews. Excellent written & verbal communication skills required. Excellent customer service skills requires. Must have a clean driving record. (e. no DUI in the last 5 yrs.) Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving & drug screen. Must have a valid CNMI driver's license. |
