| Job Duties: | - Minimum 2 plus previous years experience as maintenance repairer in a restaurant set-up. - Proficient troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Technical knowledge of H.V.A.C. and refrigeration, electrical repair, plumbing, along with some knowledge of carpentry and general maintenance. - Ability to maintain / repair varied types of restaurant and building equipment. - Experienced in refrigeration and along with related general maintenance / repair work. - Aware of basic safety issues. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment - Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance - Strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish work goals - Has a solid understanding of the job and its duties and responsibilities - Understands technology and can grasp challenging technical issues - Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner |
