| Job Duties: | oversee activities directly related to sell products or provide services, direct and coordinate activities of businesses concerned with the production, pricing, sales, services reports and schedule to ensure accuracy and efficiency. review financial statements, sales activity reports and other statements. sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations or services, such as supply changes or disposal records. resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services manage staff, preparing work schedules assigning specific duties direct and coordinate organizations financial and budget activities to fund operations. maximize investment and increase efficiency. establish and implement departmental policies, goals objective and procedures conferring with board members. organization officials and staff members as necessary, plan and administer and control budget for contracts. equipment and supplies. monitor the facility to ensure contracts that it remain safe, secure and well maintained. oversee the maintenance and repair machinery. equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. oversee construction and construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure the facilities meet environmental, health and security standards and comply with government regulations. determine staffing requirements and interview. hire and train new employee or oversee those personnel processes. plan and direct activities such as sales promotions and set prices and credit terms based on forecasts of customer demand. locate, select and procure merchandise for resale representing management in purchase negotiations. confer with potential customer regarding equipment needs and advise customer on types of equipment to purchase monitor customers preferences to determine focus on sale efforts communicate with parent company & factory in japan. also, if certified water treatment plant operator is off-island can take over his/her job. |
