| Job Duties: | Duties need skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, landscape. Performs variety of repairs & maintenance work at employer's office, apartment houses; repairs & replaces woodwork, masonry, electrical & plumbing fixture, paint exteriors & interiors of buildings, cut & trim grass using power equipment or hand tools. Maintain generator & water system as required , may transport small equipmenttools between departments, repairs plasters & brick , build shes & other outbuildings, amy set up tables & chairs, keppe premises clean & orderly condition . Ensure that tools, materials & vehicles are maintained in good working order& are available at jobsite when needed. Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for the prpose of resolving immediate safety concerns. |
