| Job Duties: | Duties: Manages and directs the company’s overall wholesale food operations in Saipan as well as with Korean suppliers. Works in conjunction with company’s corporate officers in planning, formulating, and establishing long-term and short-term objectives and goals as well as its marketing and operational policies and procedures. Manages and oversees the day-to-day sales, business, and administrative functions of the company. Manages and directs the company’s marketing and sales activities, including implementation of the company’s sales policies and marketing strategies; monitors overall sales activities and conformance with sales parameters; and oversees contractual arrangements and import/export financing requirements. Establishes and maintains customer relationships with existing clients and negotiates sales contracts with major customers. Directs and oversees expansion into new product lines and market areas. Exercises discretionary authority over the company’s operations and personnel. |
