| Job Duties: | Plans and implements activities related to demand creation and sales. Conducts regular and consistent visits to all customers and effectively implements the Business Building Process. Implements product focus and matrix for various customers. Ensures product starter stocking and display. Conducts product detailing to consumers, customers and institution. Implements activities related to sales generation from accounts. Conducts regular and consistent visits to all consumer outlets, pharmacies and clinics implementing Business Building Process. Ensures distribution of core products in all consumer outlets and pharmacies. Conducts inventory Management to ensure product availability. Monitors and evaluates product off-take as well as competitors. Formulates sales plan/forecast accurately for all accounts. Ensures sales objective achievement on accounts. Monitors order processing and delivery to ensure over-all customer satisfaction. Coordinates with warehouse on matters such as stock availability. Implements activities to establish professional business partnership with customers. Implements activities that establishes and sustains business franchise. Must be familiar with OTC Medicines, Health & Beauty Aid Products and other Medical Supplies. May assist in the delivery and merchandising as assigned. May help arrange promotional programs, store displays, and advertising. Analyze sales statistics, prepare reports, and handle administrative duties such as filing expense accounts, scheduling appointments. Familiar with new and existing products and monitor the sales, prices, and products of their competitors. Discuss the client's needs and suggest how their merchandise or services can meet those needs. Shows samples or catalogs that describe items the company provides, to inform customers about prices, availability, and ways in which the products can save money and boost productivity.
