| Job Title: | LOGISTICS OPERATION |
| Job Duties: | Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping and receiving functions and Inventory Management. Develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics and productivity measurements. Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining. Establish and manage relations with warehouses, ocean carriers, customs broker, drayage providers, sales force and customers. Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages. Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers assisting yearly budget goals. Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies and warehouses. Plan and arrange logistics required shipments. Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies. Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management. Assist audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals. Head team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Associate degree and at least 1 years direct experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations. Must have extensive knowledge and skills in Import/Export documentation. Must be knowledgeable in preparing shipping docs for both Air and Ocean shipment. Awareness of regulation affecting the International movement of cargo. Ability to Lift up to 50 Lbs frequently and greater than 75 Lbs occasionally. Standing and walking on non-climate controlled loading dock area for several hours at a time. Ensure customer's freight is delivered and picked-up timely and damage free. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and other internet based program. Must be flexible and willing to work overtime, weekend and holidays, if needed. Knowledge in Transportation Industry, corporate standard, products, and Import/Export regulations. Must have obtained training or certification in handling hazardous materials, and Hazardous Waste Operation. |
