| Job Duties: | Manages sales activities for the resort; manages the Chinese market clientele. Develops and maintains relationships with local Chinese tour companies and local representative of Chinese wholesalers. Coordinates all marketing efforts targeted to Chinese tourists while in Saipan, placing advertisements in Chinese language publications, forecasting wholesaler materialization, organizing Chinese groups, representing hotel. Supervises Chinese market campaigns, conducting sales calls and hosting Chinese media and travel agent familiarization tours. Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and advice dealers, distributors and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques. Assigns sales territory to sales analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedule and discount rates. Develops sales campaign to accommodate goals of the company. Prepares weekly and monthly reports. Directs staffing, rating and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program. Performs other related duties as required. |

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. |
