| Job Duties: | The night audit is an official of the hotel who verifies the correctness of the guest account charges and summaries and statement received from the various departments during the night audit shift. This will ensure that all revenues generated at the micros POS has been captured on the opera Interface PMS. Print the summary reports for all F&B Hotel Outlets for POS Micros Report details and do manually on the worksheet recap and post all revenues, covers and settlements. Verify all cashier’s reports all posting are posted to the right account in opera system should be written Vouchers and receipts for proper signatures if there’s any missing check and discrepancy during the night will be corrected and posted before the end of day. Reconciliation of revenues generated for the day by all hotel outlets in comparison with all of its settlements (cash, room charge, credit cards) all the charge transactions should be matched on the opera system. Coordinate with the front desk while balancing and completing once the front office closed their cashier report the night audit can be run after the day has been closed , Please be aware that this may take up to 15 mins to complete the process night audit run. | Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience and College graduate with a major in Accounting. Must have business knowledge on basic functions of debits and credits; Knowledge on hotel-related systems particularly on front office systems and point-of-sale systems of the hotel industry; Strong knowledge of Excel and Word; and must be knowledgeable in using Opera (Property Management System), Micros Simphony, and Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics; Familiarity on how the hotel settlement system works. Position requires work from 11:30p.m – 7:30a.m and may require work during weekends and holidays. |
