| Job Title: | QSR Supervisor- Subway |
| Job Duties: | stimates food and beverage cost; prepares requisition or purchases for store supplies; supervises the overall standards on food quality and store appearance, including cleanliness of both inside and outside the store premises, according to Subway standards. Analyzes store performances and ensures customer satisfaction for each sandwich made. Leads and motivates team to ensure the financial success of each store. Responsible to hire and monitor employee performances evaluation, including hiring and firing decisions. Assist in management of company funds including but not limited to change funds, sales collections for timely deposits. Make scheduling decisions to adequately provide manpower in operations of each restaurant. Communicates with senior management to report on operational issues, periodically. Supports and implements company policies and procedures to all staff and coordinate with human resources for staffing concerns. Inspect food and food preparation periodically to maintain quality standards and meet sanitation regulations required by law. Investigates and resolves food quality or service complaints and all other operational concerns. Prepares and submits weekly inventory and sales report to management. Continuously works to improve training and team development through outlined web-based courses from Subway international standards. Operates POS unit and trains new staff for ringing up sales. Other supervisory related duties maybe assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma and at least a few months to one year of experience in quick service restaurant- supervisory level or managerial capacity. With knowledge and skills in POS operations; MS excel spreadsheet, MS Word, Intranet reporting and exporting files. With complete University of Subway courses completed online in Supervisory level I & II following franchise standards. Preferably with valid CNMI driver's license and Food Handlers Certificate. |
