Job Title: Business Development Director
Job Duties: Assist the Operations Manager in planning, directing, or coordinating the China Market Tour Operations and the actual delivery of service to the customer. Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas, or gather information to determine potential sales of a product or service, or create a marketing campaign. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Analyze customer base and current sales strategies and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability. Analyze tour sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers. Help coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales assignments, quotas, and goals and establish continuing training programs for Customer Service Agents and Tour Guides. Research market conditions in Saipan and China. Gather information to determine potential sales of a product or service, or create a marketing campaign. Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors, and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management, Travel and Tour, or any related field. Fluency in both written and oral communication in the English and Chinese languages is preferred as incumbent must be able and willing to travel between China and Saipan to serve as a liaison. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
