| Job Duties: | Prepare and record daily sales transaction, posting to general ledger account, summarize accounting records and analyze for the preparation of company financial statements. Prepare and compute company tax return, payroll and taxes. Prepare and performs monthly bank-reconciliation to ensure that all cash transactions are properly and timely recorded, and to ensure that cash is properly accounted for. Performs credit evaluation for credit applicants and recommends appropriate credit terms/limit. Prepares account payables and accounts receivable aging report and conducts necessary analysis. |
