| Job Duties: | Responsible for installing, configuring software and repairing the hotel computer system in an effective and efficient manner in order to meet Aqua Resort Club Saipan objectives. Establish and achieve consistent high standards of computing hardware and software performance of the hotel Property Management System software (Fidelio system), Point Of Sale system software in Restaurant and ARC café, employee time management software and system, web design and web maintenance, manage hotel email system, Local area network and wireless networking installation, troubleshooting and maintenance, Printing and copying troubleshooting, Audio & video systems installation and maintenance, Telephone troubleshooting and PBX system maintenance, rooms digital safety box troubleshooting. To perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Director of Operations |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of 5 years experience in managing IT department and staff preferred. Requires at least 5 years of progressive experience in applying computer and information technology to business solutions, with at least three years experience with enterprise-wide systems. Must have excellent knowledge in Local Area Networking both wired and wireless, Server operation, Computer repair and operation, Office software, Web design, Systems maintenance. Multilingual preferred, but not required. |
