| Job Duties: | Responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of Front Desk, Guest Relations, Bellman-Driver, Health spa staff, ARC Shop staff, Pool attendant and Reservation. Act as the main contact for guest and other hotel departments in the absence of Front Office Manager/Director of Operations. Assisting room Inventory with high Rev/Par. Prepares reports and analysis related with room inventory, revenue and forecast. Supervise Overall Daily, Monthly Hotel Revenue coming from Night Front Desk Clerk and Night Auditor including charging and collecting. She/He sees to it that maximum guest satisfaction is achieved on guest services availed by guest. Must coordinate all necessity information given out to other section or department manager or supervisor to make smooth operations. Agent request must coordinate with Director of Sales and Marketing. | Qualification Requirements: | Must be College graduate or equivalent education or equivalent of Hotel management experiences required. Minimum two (2) years work experience in Spa Operation also. Fluent in both English and Japanese bilingual or multilingual ability preferred. Must have knowledge in Micros Fidelio, MS Word and Excel. Must be flexible and a definite Team Player. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the Japanese language. U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder preferred. |
