Job Title: F&B Senior Manager
Job Duties: As the Senior Manager of Food & Beverage you will be responsible for the effective operation and development of the F&B Department in the Hotel. Ensure that the hotel’s standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times, whilst meeting the needs of the staff within your department. Ensure that all employees are adequately trained and skills are continuously developed. Ensure the consistency of the highest level of performance and delivery of service of the entire F&B Department.

Qualification Requirements: Must have strong management skills. Able to effectively foster team building. Is a strategic thinker who is able to lead a team, develop and enhance their capabilities, develop strong working relationships, and think outside of the box while delivering an innovative approach to the F&B Department. *A few months to 1 year of management experience in the *Food and Beverage department *College Degree in hospitality or culinary institute (may be substituted by years of experience) *Fluent in English (reading and writing). *Bilingual ability is preferred. *Proven Food & Beverage management experience *Excellent Communication and Leadership skills *Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets *Excellent planning and organizational skills *Drive for results *Guest oriented and service minded *Great Cultural Awareness
