Must have a solid understanding of the technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a bachelor’s degree in facility management or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years experience in the engineering field with an emphases in the hospitality industry. |
