Job Title: Director of Sales & Marketing
Job Duties: Plans and implements sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long term range, targeted towards existing and new Japan markets. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail. Develops and manages sales/marketing operation activities . Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management. Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.

Qualification Requirements: BA in sales & marketing or business preferred with a minimum of 4 years related experience with progressive managerial experience. Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles. Fluency in Japanese language is essential. Able to travel off-island occasionally to attend sales meeting as necessary. Must be willing to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
