| Job Title: | Human Resources Assistant |
| Job Duties: | This position oversees all aspects of general office coordination; maintains the office calendar to coordinate workflow and meetings. Coordinates and maintains records of staff, office space, telephone, company credit cards, fleet, etc. Creates and modifies documents such as invoices, reports, memorandums and letters to include disciplinary or progressive discipline documents. Creates or revise applicable policies and procedures and rules for the company guidelines. Supports staff in assigned project based work and communicates with staff/departments on company events for participation. Oversees human resources databases and ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross checked. Tracks, investigates and resolves problems and completes monthly year end reports of all personnel activities. Maintains payroll records in compliance with local and federal labor laws. Assists in training new employees; supports departments or divisions. Process personnel related actions in accordance with employer sponsored benefit program or statutory benefits. Maintains data processing systems such as HR software/employee database system and for all technology processing equipment (e.g. computer, fax machine, electronic typewriter, printer, copier, etc.) All other HR related duties assigned. |
