| Job Duties: | • Identify security initiatives and standards. • Oversee and coordinate security efforts across the company, including information technology, human resources, communications, legal, facilities management and other groups. • Oversee safeguarding of intellectual property and computer systems. • Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors. • Ensure security is maintained and updated. • Initiates personnel actions such as recruitment, selections, transfers, promotions and discipline or dismissal measures. • Create workplace violence awareness and prevention programs. • Implement video surveillance. • Prioritize security initiatives. • Develop network access and monitoring policies. • Maintain relationship with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies. • Develop emergency procedures and incident responses. • Investigate security breaches. • Implement disciplinary procedures. • Develop risk management assessments. • Devise policies and procedures regarding areas such as business continuity planning, loss prevention and fraud prevention, and privacy. • Oversee network of vendors and directors who secure the company’s assets. • Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures. • Conduct audits to find holes in security platform. • Create global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security. • Performs audits of security related performance and conducts physical surveys of premise security, including security equipment condition. • Assists in preparation of emergency management and contingency planning. • Provides work directives for subordinates. • Directs and oversees security and access control function of hotel / casino operation. • Helps in developing and implementing a business plan for the company that is aligned with company's overall strategic direction. • Helps in establishing and maintaining a culture of integrity, teamwork, and respect to ensure the long-term continued growth and profitability of the company. • Assures the company and its vision, mission and core values, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders. • Advising and informing the CEO, interfacing between CEO and the Operations Team. • Ensures consistent, high-quality service standards are maintained for the entire company. • Performs duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to the company and encourages others to do the same. • Performs other job-related duties as required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Master’s in Business Administration or applicable professional certifications is preferred. • Work Experience: Ten or more years Investigative and Security experience and Senior Security function in a major Hotel/Casino institution with multiple lines of business. • At least eight years management experience in Security function. • Experience working in pre-opening team. • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. • Must be an accomplished team leader with the ability to develop and mentor a team of professionals in a fast paced and ever evolving environment. • In depth knowledge of the Security industry, related laws or regulations, and good understanding of multiple regulatory environments and jurisdictions. • Expert knowledge of operations (Security Installation) and trends with a focus on the customer experience. • Must have a solid understanding of Information Technology and/or information Security. Attention to detail; productive without compromising quality. • Expert ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while managing internal customer expectations and resetting accordingly. • Expert ability to handle confidential, sensitive and critical issues with demonstrated history of a commitment to ethics, honesty, integrity and credibility. • Assists the objectives, plans, standards, policies and procedures for the project management department and maintains a project management culture dedicated to employing professionalism and best practices. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Must be able to multi-task. |
