| Job Duties: | • Update and maintain accounts payable and receivables. • Prepare bank deposits, verify and balance receipts, handle payroll, prepare invoices and keep track of overdue accounts. • Monitor loans and payments, balance and reconcile billing vouchers, and enter code transactions according to company accounting procedures. • Maintain general ledger and subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. • Balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries. • Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries. • Maintain historical records by filing documents and scanning documents to server. • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions. - All other duties necessary. |
