Job Duties: Responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen butchery,fish,sauces,vegetables,etc). Manages a small team of cooks,which are responsible for keeping organized so that meals go out on time and the work area remains clean and orderly

Qualification Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Have at least 5 or more years of work experiences as a Commis Chef. Have work experience in a luxury hotel restaurant is preferred. Have knowledge of food hygiene regulations (HACC). A team player and demonstrate organizational skills. Have a excellent interpersonal skills and confidence. Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Flexible and willing to assist as needed to ensure all restaurant standards are met. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays.
