| Job Duties: | Responsible for preparing chinese food items, based on standardized recipes for the restaurant, room service,employee cafeteria and banquets, while maintaning the highest standards to produce on appealing and appetizing product. Must observe and enforce strict requirements with regards to food safety. Duties include sauteing,poaching, baking,grilling and sauce preparation as well as working with broilets,fryers,grills,ovens and stove-top cooking. Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. |

Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. Be able to stand for prolonged period of time and must possess a friendly and good manners. |
