| Job Duties: | Responsible for overseeing the productin of chinese cuisine for restaurant and banquets. Prepare a wide variety of chinese menu items, including rice,noodle,soup,vegetables, and meat dishes. Evaluate the quality of food products to ensure the maintenance of consistent quality standards. May decide on the prices of their dishes, determine the presentation of menu items, and plan menus. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some culinary arts training or courses in preparing chinese cuisines. Have at least 2 or more year of work related experience in prepare chinese cuisine. Having work experience in a fine dining hotel restaurant is preferred. Must be familiar with HACCP guidelines and have a have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Flexible and willing to assist as needed to ensure all restaurant standards are met. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts,days,evenings, weekend and holidays. Be able to stand for prolonged period of time and must posseses a friendly and good manners. |
