| Job Duties: | • Report to Senior Project Manager; • Assist the Senior Project Manager for overall project management of construction work for the large integrated resort of the company and achieve timely project delivery within budget. • To co-ordinate, issue of design documentation for all disciplines to the contractors, ensuring that the documentation is appropriately coordinated and issued in accordance with the agreed program. • To resolve the technical issues and requests for information between the building contractor and designer. • Program management of all nominated work, including monitoring and re-programming as necessary to meet project objectives. • Cost planning and management, including identifying and implementing potential cost savings. • Monitoring the work progress and quality of the works up to standard specified. • Assist the senior project manager for leading the construction team to work with each other’s and create the team spirit. • Plan, direct, or coordinate, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. • Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. • Supervise • Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. • Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines. • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports. • Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, or other regulations. • Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. • Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper construction procedures are being followed. • Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors. Develop or implement quality control programs. • Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of subordinates on assigned project(s). • Monitor and provide clear guidance to subordinate through administrative direction to ensure delivery of work on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures. Authorize/approve all project personnel transactions (hiring, transfers, wages, etc.), purchase requisitions, change requests, etc. • Ensure subordinates abide project policies, procedures, standards. • Occasional Travel is required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural / Building Surveyor or related disciplines • 4 years of relevant experience in construction project management of high-end integrated resort, preferably with overseas construction experience • Additional certificates in AutoCAD and Building Studies are desirable • Sound knowledge in international rules and code of practice (USA) related to construction • Experienced in renovation and demolition work • Experienced in managing complete lifecycle projects within budget • Experienced in working in an international team environment, i.e. able to communicate and manage different contractors from China, US or other countries • Experienced in managing and develop projects between stakeholders and consultants • Proactive and self-motivated, excellent work ethics • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese (Written/Spoken) is an advantage |
