| Job Duties: | For nonprofit based in Saipan, with 45 staff in 7 offices throughout Micronesia: • day-to-day bookkeeping and expenditure processing • prepare and process payroll through ACH • keep records for employees relating to benefits, including leave, medical, retirement • process travel reimbursement claims for staff members as required • prepare monthly financial statements • prepare financial statements for various grants and funders • assist in annual audit preparation • work closely with executive staff to prepare annual budget and for the accurate and orderly management of finances and cash flow |
