| Job Duties: | 1.) Handling staff recruitment, appraisals and maintaining office staff by selecting, orienting and training employees. 2.) Maintain office by organizing office operations & procedures, managing office budget, preparing letters, presentation & reports and controlling correspondence, complaints, and queries. 3.) Implementing & maintaining procedures for office administrative systems, designing,filing systems, and operational requirements, scheduling and assigning employees following up on work result. 4.) Reviewing and approving supply requisitions and equipment procurement, liaising with staff, supplier and clients. 5.) Provide and keeping personnel records, historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records. 6.) Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date, maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies. 7.)Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions. 8.)Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1.)Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Management-related major is required or preferred. 2.)Minimum one year’ experience in office management, construction project-specific experience preferred. 3.) Experienced in office inventory management, salary and compensation system, cashier affairs, staff visa application and other related tasks. 4.) Strong independent learning and working ability, down-to-earth, hard-working, attentive, proactive. 5.) Good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, understanding, and strong analytic skills. 6.)Must be reliable, have good interpersonal, organization, communication and problem solving skills. 7.)Preferably fluent in oral and written English and Chinese, capable of English to Chinese translation and vice versa. |
