| Job Duties: | 1)Prepare cost estimates for product manufacturing, construction projects, or services to aid management in bidding on or determining price of product or service. May specialize according to particular service performed or type of product manufactured. 2)Prepare budget and settlement. 3)Prepare a reasonable material procurement schedule in accordance with the construction schedule. 4)Apply for progress payments in accordance with the work done. 5)Participate in the material and equipment procurement planning. 6)Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues 7)Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors. 8)Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1)Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Cost, and related major. 2)Holder of relevant Certificate preferred. 3)Minimum one year experience in project budget, settlement, review, and project management. 4)Professional knowledge of project budgeting, settlement, and project management. 5)Familiar with dynamic information on engineering materials and construction cost. 6)Professional ethics and strong sense of responsibility. 7)Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.Preferred Good communication skill in English and Chinese is preferred. |
