| Job Duties: | • Oversee and manage the IT policies, procedures and standards which comply with the regulatory requirements, chosen industrial standards and best practices. • Manage the communications, findings and responses with external/internal auditors and IT teams • Develop compliance organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and directions; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. • Provide management consultancy to SVP – Information Technology for the strategies of IT Governance and administration in the department Protect IT assets by establishing compliance standards and information security program; anticipating emerging compliance trends; designing improvements to internal control structure. • Direct the quality management and assurance of IT processes and products which comply with the IT policies and align with business objectives. • Manage the Non-Gaming Solution and 'virtual' project teams in terms of resource planning, work quality, deliverables and timeliness; • Provide resource and consulting support to relevant business projects, directing the applications functionality, integration needs and infrastructure and related technology components within agreed standards. • Oversee implementation of Non-Gaming related applications involving development of requirements, functional and technical specifications of the applications; |

| Qualification Requirements: | • College degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology related curriculum a minimum. • Work Experience: 4 years in IT operations, audit, security controls, policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Certification: Professional qualifications such as CISA, CISSA and ITIL is a plus • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need • Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including email, • word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. • Good knowledge of gaming, hospitality and Back of House solutions. • Strong communication skills, fluent level of English and Chinese in both speaking and writing is highly preferred. • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents.
