Job Title: Card Room Supervisor
Job Duties: • Work towards efficient and secure operation of the card storage room including reception, inventory, shuffling, delivery, and destruction of cards during an assigned shift at the direction of the Card Room Supervisor. • Meet attendance guidelines of the job, adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies. • Able to perform heavy lifting at times. • Work efficiently and accurately at the various tasks required. • Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to Best Sunshine and encourage others to do the same. • Perform other job related duties.

Qualification Requirements: • Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Work • Experience: Minimum 1 Year experience supervisory capacity of managing Card Inventory & Shuffling job. • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need • Must be able to work independently or with a team Excellent team leading skills. • Knowledge in PC skills and MS Office Applications Demonstrate good leading team skills. • Dispute and problem solving abilities. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Chinese language is an advantage. Comments: Workers Compensation provided. Housing, food and transportation may or may not be provided, contingent on a case-by-case basis.
