| Job Duties: | • Represent management in the handling of guest complaints, compliments and suggestions in a diplomatic manner • Coordinate and provide administrative support to all areas of Housekeeping department • Maintain all employee records within the Housekeeping department • Maintain the security of all room keys and locks to various cabinets and drawers • Consistently update records of lost and found • Create Housekeeping, Room Attendant, and Supervisor worksheets and checklist • Ensure all guest requests are addressed and provided on a timely manner • Obtain list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharge to prepare work assignments • Assess inventory, assign, inspect, verify, and report status of rooms/suites • Communicate and coordinate to ensure efficient repairs and maintenance related to guestrooms and public areas • Assist in inspecting rooms cleaned earlier by other housekeepers • Perform room inspections after Housekeeping staff complete room list • Attend staff department meetings, communicating pertinent information to associates and managers. • Perform other ad-hoc duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must be a college student currently studying Hospitality or Hotel Management • Good leadership skills, communication skills and staff motivation • Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages is an advantage (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Ability to multi-task. |
