| Job Duties: | To serve the guests food, drinks and snacks. Shall represent the restaurant in a professional and exemplary manner and promote the success of the restaurant to guests, staff and any other parties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for serving the guest's food, drinks and snacks while providing exemplary service. 2.Must demonstrate fiscal responsibility by providing proper change to guests and accurately completing end of shift paperwork. 3.Complete all side work and maintain par levels of condiments and paper products in work areas. 4.Coordinate with the kitchen and servers daily events and specials. 5.Provide the type of service that exceeds guest's expectations. 6.Work together with management to establish an environment in which everyone is informed and involved. 7.Know the menu , to include, pricing and ingredients. 8.Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods. 9.Inform customers of daily specials. |
