| Job Duties: | • Allowed to work in the CNMI • Associate’s Degree in Business & at least 20 credits in level Business Management courses • Minimum 6 months’ experience as an Administrative Manager, preferably in a construction related company • Must have transportation & Have a valid driver’s License • Preferably know some accounting procedure such as Invoicing & Billing • Excellent Communication in Verbal & Written English • Familiar with Microsoft Office (e.i Word, Excel, OneNote) • Must have knowledge and experience working with regulatory government agencies including but not limited to CNMI Zoning board, CNMI Department of Labor, and Department of Finance Business License office. • Must have knowledge and 6 months experience starting and operating a business in the CNMI |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Answer correspondence and attend meetings. • Oversee and manage operations in accordance with regulatory government agencies and act as a liaison between the construction department and other entities. • Manage Staff. Prepare work Schedules and assigning specific duties. • Keep concise and organized records of all staff information and data via Excel and filing system. • Evaluate construction department staff regularly, provide feedback in areas that needs improvement. • Hire and Terminate clerical and administrative personnel when necessary. • Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. • Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Record this data on a monthly basis for analysis. • Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services. • Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. • Must be flexible to complete other tasks according to department needs. |
