Job Title: Manager – IT Infrastructure
Job Duties: • The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the aforementioned areas and have experience developing operational support procedures and documentation. • Candidate must have strong collaboration skills and be able to work effectively with both local and remote resources. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, coworkers, and service providers is essential. • Support and maintain at highest levels of availability and performance of the Casino VMware Infrastructure, CISCO UCS and DELL VRTX Servers. Lifecycle management of endpoint assets (desktops, laptops, tablets, thin clients, zero clients, etc.) utilizing current (Dell KACE System) and future tools. • Support and maintain endpoint and mobile device management infrastructure and tools. Build and maintain operating system images in compliance with organizational and information security standards using approved tools and methodologies. • Create and modify Active Directory GPOs and GPPs to implement uniform settings across users and devices. • Manage the casino’s Microsoft Exchange Email server. Administer, maintain and enhance enterprise print solutions. • Create and maintain solution and operational support documentation and perform knowledge transfer to IT Helpdesk and other IT support staff. • Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques in solving complex problems. Effectively engage vendors in troubleshooting process and root cause analysis. • Present to management remediation measures, root cause findings, and mitigation options. • Follow established standards, procedures and change management processes. Establish and grow strong collaborative relationships with customers, team members, other IT staff, and vendors. • Participate in team oncall rotation for support of critical systems and upgrades after hours. • Recommend technology and process enhancements to improve service delivery. • Other related duties as assigned
