| Job Title: | Senior Executive Assistant |
| Job Duties: | • Assist project department leaders in duties i.e. project procurement, logistics management, project payment audit, external subcontractor communication and coordination; • Carry out administrative, institutional management, human resources and other work, and strive to lead and guide other staff; • Responsible for dealing with major subcontractors, accommodation reservations and convergence with the Ministry of Commerce; • Master and understand the company's internal and external developments, promptly report to the management and make written recommendations; • To monitor the implementation of the various programs of the department, to coordinate and solve problems arising from the implementation of the plan; • Monitor and review the fees and charges of various departments, summarize statistics and report to • management; • Supervise the daily administrative and personnel affairs of the project department to ensure the support of logistics services; • Improve the asset management planning of the Ministry of Engineering’s administrative department, and supervise the purchase and storage of goods; • Coordinate important meetings of the project department, preparation of major events and reception of important visitors to the company; • Supervise departmental archives management; • Develop the management system within the company and check the implementation of the situation; • Responsible for coordinating the working relationship between executives; • Responsible for coordinating working relationships between departments to resolve disputes; • Responsible for the team building of departmental staff, organizational review, staff recruitment, deployment, training and assessment advice; • Standardize the management of important files, documents, materials, office supplies, office environment, various types of assets, office hard and soft environment and staff team activities; • Provide high quality, efficient administration, logistics, property resources and services, maximize office space, reduce office costs, improve office efficiency and efficiency; • Complete other tasks assigned by the management |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Administration, Business Management, Business Administration or any related discipline; • Overseas study / overseas experience is preferred; • At least 5 years working experience in administrative, public affairs, office management and logistics services for multinational corporations / foreign companies, good at administrative coordination between large corporate departments preferred; • Possess vision and global concepts, excellent outreach and public relations, comprehensive co-ordination, organizational planning, strong analysis, problem-solving ability, logical thinking ability, writing ability, information processing ability, communication ability; • Interested in the development and promotion of integrated office system, good servicing skills, good at following instructions and execution, critical thinking, quick head, with high principle and flexibility; team management experience; • Proficient in daily office software and equipment; •Occasional business trip required. |
