| Job Duties: | Oversee all aspects of day-to-day management of construction projects, while also monitoring and coordinating work performed by detailing, engineering, and sub-contractors. Prepare project plans, including identification of master development schedule along with construction schedule. Evaluate progress and construction practices to ensure company goals are achieved. Review and interpret proposed designs, details, and building specifications for appropriateness to required function standard, and initiate revisions where appropriate; advise clients as to how best to achieve required results. Coordinate design and pre-construction services such as estimating, scheduling, project planning, constructability, site utilization. Manage and facilitate the collaborative design and integrations of the with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other sub trades insuring adequate and efficient interface. Provide necessary information to engineers, modelers and detailers to ensure proper design, fabrication and installations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the construction industry. Must have an understanding of residential and commercial construction processes. Hands-on field experience required. Strong problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively function in a team environment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects. Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Project. Strong negotiation skills. |
