| Job Duties: | • Responsible for the accurate, timely receipt and strict accountability of all goods and services received by the property • Ensures the timely clearance of all freight from forwarders, customs clearance of inbound freight, and other activities required to ensure prompt delivery of imported materials to the user department • Ensures proper documentation of all receiving activities, including local and imported materials • Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all receipts into the company's computer system, including the daily reporting of all receiving activities to the Purchasing and Distribution Manager as well as the Accounting Department. • Optimize warehouse inventory to a level that internal departments receive requested goods on time and inventory turnover is continuously improving. • Proper record must be kept for all inventory items to protect Company's assets. • Ensures that all lock and key controls are strictly adhered and warehouse goods are only issued and distributed to authorized personnel as approved by management. • Ensures all stores and receiving areas are kept in a safe and hygienic condition. • Conducts cyclical physical stock check for all inventories and investigate significant discrepancies. • Inspects the stores regularly and request replenishment if necessary • Ensures a complete and thorough understanding of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Performs other duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least 4 years’ experience in the capacity of Receiving/Warehouse Supervisor in hospitality industry; experience using Redrock procurement system (or similar) is a plus. • Secondary school academic qualifications; college degree an advantage. • Purchasing and Supply, Logistics Management or Warehouse Management will be an added advantage • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; general understanding of hotel and business operations |
