| Job Duties: | • Integral member of the planning and design team during the development stage of new casino projects, particularly in the operating of the Mass Gaming Cage function. • This will include workflow planning, manning and ordering of necessary equipment. • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining procedures to enable the Mass Gaming Cage to function effectively. • Implement continuous improvement measures to adhere to enable efficient Mass Gaming Cage operations and customer satisfaction. • Ensure the integrity of all financial data produced by the Mass Gaming Cage. Mass Gaming Cage variances must be kept to a minimum. • Actively participate in the roll out of casino programs, including ensuring that staff and guests are familiar with terms of such programs. • Assist in tracking the performance of programs for post analysis evaluation. • Assist in monitoring and facilitating the extension of credit. • Ensure high service standards to all customers, especially VIP guests in terms of efficiency and accuracy during opening and settling of programs. • Ensure Mass Gaming Cage staff comply with AML requirements and company operating procedures. Train and develop staff to ensure succession planning is in place. • Reviews departmental reports, to ensure accuracy, making revision as needed. • Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property, by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings with all employees under his/her management. • Held accountable, to a very high degree, for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. • Establish and develop operational functions consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the company. • Directs and monitors the budget, operations of assigned departments and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long term profitability. • Oversees staff consistency in demonstrating the company’s core standards and exceptional service values at all times. • Directs Mass Gaming Cage management to ensure proper staff coverage to support day to day operations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s Degree Holder with major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field. Equivalent of 8 years working experience in management and supervisory role in casino industry. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). • Strong knowledge, skills, and work experience in Casino Cage Operations. • Preferably having at least 8 years of managerial experience in handling cage operations. • Strong experience in developing, managing and implementing the strategy for Cage operation. Ability in the languages of Chinese or Mandarin is an advantage. • Outstanding mathematical and analytical abilities. Strong organizational, communication, management and interpersonal skills are required. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Able to adapt to procedural changes when deemed necessary by house or guidelines. • Can decipher changes that need to be made to move the department/organization to its desired goals. • Familiar with Casino Management Systems – Front Window, Main Bank, Marker Bank and Chip Bank. • Knowledge of gaming operations – mass gaming and VIP marketing operations including premium player program and junket programs. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the company and with staff at remote locations essential. • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. • Proficient computer skills including email, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) and Casino Operation Systems (Bally System, Veridocs) • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License |
